PANELS
Prefabricated composite insulated panels made of two metal sheets of galvanized steel or aluminium filled with polyurethane rigid foam with total thickness 40, 42, 50, 75 or 80mm.
INSULATION
The internal insulation consists of polyurethane foam that is CFC-free, mould, insect and bacterial-proof.
END CLIPS
Hot-dipped galvanized steel, full height of panel.
COUNTERBALANCE
Springs counterbalance sized based on the door weight, with a helically wound, oil tempered torsion spring mounted on a steel shaft, cable drum of die cast aluminium with high strength cable.
TRACKS
Manufactured from galvanized steel section with minimum 1.8mm thickness, sufficient depth and size to enclose end rollers and support the door weight.
HARDWARE
Galvanized steel hinges and fixtures. Ball bearing rollers with hardened steel races.
FINISH
Panels are polyester enamel casted with standard RAL 9001.
OPERATOR
Drives for counterbalanced sectional doors either to be directly fitted to the door shaft and installed at the side of the door or overhead installed with bell or chain drive.
EMERGENY MANUAL OPERATION
Doors equipped with manual override mechanism with manual hand chain or bull handles for emergency use in case of power failure.
